Lol, I say ANYTHING and ppl know im talkin golf, but thats a different issue!

Where im from, anything baller, ballin, stuff like that is basketball. Nobody thinks anything to do with "ball" is baseball, or golf, or soccer, my town was so much basketball.


My friend started saying "lets go hack the balata around" to refer to golf before i left home

I'd have to say Tiger first then Boo followed by Furyk. I just like Boo though. He's one guy I'd pay to watch. How can you argue with Tiger, where is he on the driving accuracy list? Where is he on the GIR % list?

I voted for Tiger but maybe his swing is so good because he really works at it and has for years. And I'm talking about the swing he used in the FedEx Cup.

After Tiger I think Phil has the most consistent swing. It's his head that gets in the way sometimes.



And when I hear the term "baller" or "balling" it means ... well you know.

Els, definitely Els. If you could reproduce that big, easy swing you'd have a happy golf life IMHO.

I think you'd need to be in very good shape to mimic Tiger's swing repeatedly and successfully.

Sergio Garcia, From tee to green superb and improving rapidly on the greens. The way he struck that 2 iron around at Carnoustie was simply a lesson in ball striking for us to behold, it was almost a shame to see the Hybrid Triumph over the traditional 2 iron on a Links.

I predict a big year for Sergio in 2008 pushing for the #2 in the world spot.
