These guy's dump MILLIONS of dollars on advertising and they have no interaction with the end user.
My idea is that they dump a few grand on some prizes and have all sorts of interaction with the end users.
If you see an ad in a magazine, you're not likely to talk about it unless it was somehow controversial. If you interacted on a website with a tourney rep you might tell people about about,
"Hey, the other day I was on such and such ,com and there was a rep from the travelers championship and he said......."
See the difference? That's what I mean by buzz.
