Well, I'm not sure where his house is, but right now he must me in the Emergency Room of the best hospital in the world so he can have life-saving surgery on his eye, which was apparently ripped from its socket by a psychotic Euro Ryder Cup fan armed with a Brush Tee and a ball washer.

I for one am sick of the whole process used to select the Ryder Cup teams. Yeah, Kenny Perry and other guys like Stewart Cink have racked up large points to get on the team, but look at how they have done it. These are guys that are consistent and rack up checks but rarely show up in a big tournament, I can't remember either of these guys on a major leaderboard. But then you have guys like Brandt Snedeker who is like 15th on the list, but he has been on the leaderboard in the Masters, US Open and now the PGA. There is a reason the US has been getting pounded, and I hope Azinger realizes it and gets some new blood in there like Snedeker, Holmes, Ohair, guys like that.

Fairenough the guy set himself a goal of qualifying for the Ryder Cup in his home town, well done to him but why cop out of the Majors?

Plus, The BS line of 'No offence to the British or them over there but I'm an American and I like it here' as a reason for not coming over for The Open really pi$$ed me off! We're the US's biggest aly and he can't be arsed travelling over here. If he would have said Links Golf just doesn't suit my game so I'm gonna give it a miss then I'd understand that to a point, even though he was the Worlds form player at the time and passing up the chance to win a Major seems silly to me.

It will be intresting to see how he gets on with the big boys in the upcoming FedEx Cup Playoffs....if he enters? he might of already agreed to play in a ProAm or sumthing because he didn't think he would make it?

I think the point we were trying to make is that there is no hate for Perry, just a questioning and discussion of his decisions, and resulting rationalizations.

One member just decided to infer certain things, make assumptions, and take it all personally.

It is a good thing that he withdrew earlier, because he would have had to withdraw for sure now that they are playing 36 in one day. You know that that is way to much for a forty something to do, I would imagine Toms and Goydos will be pulling out any time now.

Well, I did hear that Toms has a hangnail and Goydos has a tickle in his throat. And, after all, they do have to get ready for the (2010) Ryder Cup.

There's no "eye" in team. Zinger can now sleep at night knowing Kenny will be tan, rested and ready for the Ryder Cup. Just keep Perry away from the Chili Cheese fries. No more accidents please.

hey, I'm sure he's laughing all the way to the bank knowing all 3 of you combined won't make the kind of money he's made in his lifetime. You guys really are flat out dicks
