I think it was $44/day. I just paid $325 for a full week pass which includes practice rounds and parking to next years PGA in Minnesota.
I came away with alot of knowledge after watching my first Tour event. I think they are insigtful and inspiring. I couldn't wait to play golf after watching.

A friend went to the womens pga event in Minnesota this summer and sai it was a blast. I think it would be a great experience.

Absolutely. I've been to a the Champions' tour event here in Tampa a few times, the PODS, and one PGA championship. All were great fun. Smaller events, like a Q-School tournament, are pretty cool too. Those guys are very good, and there are no crowds; you literally walk the fairway with the players. I must say, there's nothing quite like the roars you hear at a top event.
