Ha! I know how many I have. 1. It was a nice 40 foot, three foot sweeper, though.

And the lesson for the day for Camillo?

Next time you are planning to tell everyone how you are one of the worlds great putters, wait til after you have actually won something.

His big talk yesterday about how great a putter he is and how many tournaments he was going to win really blew up in his face today. He is still winless on the PGA tour.

All in all he just wasnt on today. He was hitting drives into the rough, missing greens with his irons and wasnt putting well.
He did hit a 210-yard 9-iron shot though, (or so he told Roger Maltby) thats pretty impressive.
It was just Vijay's day though. He was striking the ball well and he was putting really well. So much for Vijay not being a good putter!
I kinda felt bad for Mike Weir. He shot 4 rounds in the 60s and still didnt have nearly enough to run with Vijay. I kinda felt bad for Sergio too. Man, whats this guy gotta do to win one???

Those guys are used to that. Kinda weird that Vijay's assumed the Tiger role in this FedEx Cup thingy.

? Did you watch any of that? I don't like Vijay, but he was unconscious yesterday. How many guys have ever shot a 63 to close out a big tournament?

63 is only a number. I'm sure a few people on here have shot their "63" to close out a tournament, or at least try.

Anyway, yes, Vijay was quite good, and he's been on fire. I just say those things to be a sourpuss, because I don't like him.

I dont like Vijay either, but you cant deny how well he is playing right now. I did notice that Vijay seemed a little arrogant during his post-round interview though.
I kinda had to laugh on Sunday when he was pulling his wedge shots and would throw the club to the ground and then kick it. Real nice, Vijay, very professional.
It was almost as funny as will Camillo pulled his tee shots on one of the par-3s, said the, "F word" and they didnt bleep it out. I guess its lucky for him that its difficult to understand what he is saying.

Vijay is playing very well, and deserves all the credit for it.

Oh, and as far as getting angry, the F-Bomb, and throwing the clubs...I don't really care, as long as it doesn't get too bad.

One time I was having such a bad range session, that since I was alone out there(except for my wife watching me), I dropped the club. Well, I got frustrated, turned around and kicked it on the way down...right into my wife's face.

Never done it again.

Yeah, in either case is wasnt all that bad. Its not as if it was like that scene out of, "Happy Gillmore" where he flips out because he sucks at putting.
Even still, when you are a golf pro, I think you have an obligation to keep your emotions in check until you get a private moment (such as when you arent on camera).
I guess I never understood the sense in throwing a club. I mean, its not the club's fault that the player made a bad swing.

I gotta respectfully disagree with you on that one. The club only does what the golfer tells it to. You cant blame the club when the person swinging it makes a mistake.
Ive never once even considered throwing a club, because I know that when I hit a bad shot, its all on me.
You could call it a case of it being the archer, not the arrow.
I find it very interesting and quite amusing that when someone hits a good shot its all them, but when they hit a bad shot its the club's fault.

It isn't the club's fault, never said it was, but I still blame it.

Why? Because then I don't feel like I'm off. Even if I am.
