why it's better not to have the honors

The first player... the player whose ball was moved further away from the cup... gets to replace his ball as near as possible to where it first came to rest. He does not have to play from the location the second player's ball deflected his to.

Thank you, didn't know that. Thought the ball played as "field"

If it happens the other way around, an the second ball hits the first and it comes closer or gets in the whole, does it count or does he have to replace it where it originally was?

If your ball is IS SEEN to be moved by an outside agency (ie. another ball) then your ball MUST be replaced as close to the original spot as possible.

However if this was a blind tee shot and no-one had any way of seeing it happen, then all is good.

Kind of like a tree falling in the woods type of thing....
