Four in a row????!!!!!! That's ain't nuthin to sneeze at, man!!!!! And, from a "lefty"???? Great work!!! What did you shoot, after 4 birds in a row??

Most of us are overjoyed with one birdie in a row! Two in a row is a feat we tell our wives about, even though they don't understand. Might be interesting to see how many birds in a row most of the players on ShotTalk have carded.

It was an up and down day, finished with 3 double bogeys and 6 birdies for an even par 71. Not a bogey on the card!!!

5 over through 11 and getting pretty down on myself (was the 2nd round of club champs) before I reeled those off on 12-15. Missed bird on 16 by 2 inches left and left birdie putt on 17 4 inches short, dead in the heart. Eagle putt on 18 sat 1/2 an inch away on the top side of the hole. Just wouldn't fall!!! So basically 5 under in the last 7 holes that could have been 8 under!!! Thats probably asking a bit much though.

Especially from a lefty..... Must've been the way I was slicing my putts into the hole. :laugh:

My best is 2 birds in a row. Followed by a string of bogies. Heck, the most number of pars I've ever strung together was 4.

I caddied a proam at Harbour Town once and on the ride to the parking lot, Calc's caddie was on the bus with us. I asked him if he was his fulltime caddy and he said: "Hell no! Calc's too cheap to have a full time caddie. He picks up his caddie at each event."

I don't ever remember stringing together birdies. I had 11 pars in a row a couple of weeks ago............but birdies??? Nope. Calc is really playing well these days. I'd like to see him win something big...........maybe the PGA?

Birdie string - 4
Par string - 16. Followed by a bogey, then a birdie. Kinda left me feeling hollow and empty. :laugh:
