Anybody see this guy today? In the few minutes I watched the tournament today he threw a ball, threw a putter and broke an iron in two. What a guy.:shocked:

He had a 17th & 18th hole meltdown that cost him the tourney and his 1st PGA win. :(
I hope I would have been able to control myself better than he did, but at least no one was injured.

With all the hand wringing over Tiger giving his bag a wack on occasion I would have expected this topic to have lit up the board.

ETW's already won a gazillion times. What's one more to him, unless it's a major? And, he should have learned to control his temper on camera by now, as he has been doing this as a professional for quite a while.
This could have been Piercy's one and only chance and he's a Tour rookie. I don't blame the guy for getting pissed at himself for putting 2 in the water. Hopefully he will learn, both from the blowup and from the fine the PGA Tour will give him.
I watched him walk off the 18th: he shooks hands with everyone and was polite, but inside I bet he was ready to blow. I just hope he didn't kick the dog.

Maybe its not hypocrisy, but the fact some of us didn't see the tournament so we don't know (at least I don't) what was it all about. I assure you I would have exactly the same point of view if it had been Tiger, Camilo or Piercy, but unfortunately, since the stupid camera follows Tiger even to the toilet seat when he plays, there is no way you can miss his "attitude" times.
Its reproachable no matter who does it, but its worst when you are such a public figure. Its absolutely terrible if your neighbor had an affair with his secretary, but when the President of America is the one involved you would have to expect such coverage on him, wouldn't you?

Doctors say that you should eat 5 pieces of fruit or veg a day to remain healthy. Last week I ate 5 mouldy plums and that night I shat the bed. What's healthy about that? :shocked::shocked::shocked:
