Buick Open Tournament.

Buick Open Tournament.
August 3- August 6 2006.
Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club.
Grand Blanc, Mich.

This tournament takes place at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Grand Blanc, Mich., with a purse of $4.8 million. Last year, Vijay Singh finished at 24-under-par 264 to edge Tiger Woods, who finished at 20 under. It was Singh's second consecutive Buick Open title and also made him the event's first three-time winner. The odds on this tournament will depend heavily on whether Woods plays the event. He generally does, having entered for four straight years and seven of the past eight. Woods would be the sportsbook favorite, but Singh's recent success here make him a viable wager.

Buick Open breakdown (updated thru July 21)

• Purse: 4.08 million
• Winning Share: $864,000 & a brand new Buick.
• Yards: 7,127
• It is usually held during the first or second week of August, the week before the PGA Championship.
• The Buick Open is the third of three Buick-sponsored events on the PGA Tour.
• The 17th hole at Warwick, a par 3, is known for having one of the rowdiest galleries in professional golf.
• Past winners: 2005 Vijay Singh, 2004 Vijay Singh, 2003 Jim Furyk.

Yeah they take the keys, say thank you and as soon as they are off camera, give it to their caddy, and the caddy who has more pride than that gives it to their pain in the A$$ brother in law. That idiot drives it around and says, "Hey look I got Vijay's car!"
