Last major of the year, PGA Championship at Medinah
This, for whatever reason, always seem to be the also ran of the 4 majors in men's golf. Still, it's provided some fine champions and play, and I think it also might be the last tournament for points for Ryder Cup spots.

It's probably a no-brainer to put Tiger Woods as the favorite going in, his win at The Open Championship, and a couple of weeks back at the Buick has shown him to be in excellent form.

I'm going to go out on a limb and pick Phil Mickelson. I think the fact of the course having a lot of right-to-left doglegs favors his lefty fade. Awfully hard to count Tiger out as the favorite, though. He is in such fine form right now. I look for Tiger to win the grand slam next year.

That's be a surprise all right if Villegas won. I think he still needs a lot more seasoning.

Does anyone know if they'll have any sort of internet video feed on Thursday and Friday? It's been great this year to be able to keep track of things at the other 3 majors while at work.

I keep on looking for some of the young lions to go out a win a major instead of all the guys in their 30's and early 40's winning them...

Looks like finally they are going to be in contention. I think a lot of these guys in their 20's are satisfied to make the cut and get a good paycheck on Sunday and don't have the real drive to get over the hump and win a big one...
