Matrix Ozik Shafts

Well, it's official. I have been converted to the Matrix Ozik line of shafts from my beloved Diamanas. Despite my previous efforts at not liking the Matrix Ozik shafts, the X Con line has won me over. The ball seems to hang in the air while still going further, it comes down with a shallow angle of descent for decent roll. Lauch monitor sessions proved it to me, I hate it when my friends are right. Still going to keep the Diamanas in the back up woods, too good of a shaft not to have around just in case.

That's sweet man. Havent gotten to try the Matrix shafts yet, hopefully one day.

I had tried them a few years back, but never really gave them a true test, where I got used to it and then tested numbers. Ticked me off something fierce that he was right, mainly because I don't deal with them in my shop, so I would have to send people to him for them...which was his plan all along I am sure of it.

I may have to try doing that, but he sends me all of his Diamana business, so it is a good trade off.

Tmag, I'm very curious (and jealous) about your posessioin of the best things, even more than you can use yourself, equipment Taylormade has. How are you able to acquire all this stuff? I see that your sub-title is PGA Professional; are you sponsored, or something?

I am on staff with them, so I get a certain allotment of equipment through that deal. Other connections help me get some of the other stuff for very cheap prices.
