Afinity The Cube

I got a Cube & another budget Sq driver - intech The Ripper. I was having a terrible time last yr hooking, so much so I stopped playing my driver all together. I live in NY & have not swung a club (including these)in over 3 months. Went to a soccer field to try them out. They both are 10.5*. Straight & easy to hit right off the bat. Honestly I would almost say the both are the easiest clubs I ever hit. As far as distance....I'm not sure. I would say I was getting 210 average +. They are both Aluminum, not titanium. I got the cube in a stiff Adilia & the Ripper had a Matrix (adila) regular shaft in orange. I was getting a little more distance w/ the Cube. Both are not overly huge & set up nice for my eye. I DO NOT LIKE HUGE 460* drivers but these don't look that big. I have read a few reviews that said they cracked the faces after X amt of rounds. Too early to say after maybe 2 dozen off ea. club . I kinda came across my body today w/ 1 bad swing that would have been a NASSTY hook but it just came up short (150) & 30 yrs left of target. I would say if your looking to try a Sq. club either of these will do you well for a taste!
