Highlighting Issue - Shot Talk

When a new member (less than 15 post) attempts to highlight text (or change the color) the message gets rejected because of the "User can't post URL until he has after 15 posts" rule.

Not sure why the board is thinking that by changing the color it is the same thing as posting a URL, but it is.

(I was trying to quote somebody and highlight the part I was referring to in my post)
