How do I post pics?

I see in the editor that you can enter a url to post an image, but if I wanted to post pics of my own of something I may want to sell how do I browse my computer to put one of my pics in a post?

Scroll down to the Additional Options heading, where you will see a button that says "Manage Attachments" and has a list of compatible files. Click on that, and you can browse through the files on your computer. Click on "Upload" and the Attachment Manager will attach them to your post. Hope that helps.
