Degree Symbol Instead of Asterisk for Club Loft....

Folks,

I see a many signatures with a list of clubs in your bags. A large percentage of those list the loft of certain clubs in degrees. Instead of using the asterisk (*) to indicate degrees as many of you do, why not use the degree symbol (º or °)?

To generate these symbols on a PC, press and hold down the "Alt" key while typing "0186" or "0176" on the keypad. Release the "Alt" key and the degree symbol will appear.

On a Macintosh, hold down the "Shift" and "Option" keys while pressing "8".

Just an FYI.....

Scott

Thanks for the info. You are probably the only person on here who knew how to do that. I certainly had no clue.

You have to use the NumPad, dudes....

8.5º

It's Hold-Alt, press 1-6-7 on your keypad. Won't work with the normal numbers.
