Cool new feature!

I have installed a new product review system.

I have only the slightest idea as to how it works but figured you'd like to check it out and maybe give me some ideas.

It IS video capable and I'll get a "show us your swing" catagory loaded up later.

I still have to figure out how best to incorporate this into the "equipment review" forum.

I know that I WILL be cherry picking reviews form here to be placed on the home page.

It won't let me in Sling.

Great idea though. I have quite a few reviews to do over the next few weeks and a revamped review system will be a big plus.

Oh, it told me that I was not eligible to access it when I tried. "user permissions are indadequate" and that I was attempting to enter an administrative area.

I got in to the area using your link - it looks like it will be easier to find reviews of various items. How about a section/category for bags and courses too, or even "accessories". There have been a few threads lately on rangefinders. I'm sure someone would be good at reviewing ball retrievers too!

I would agree with the accesories page. A lot of those reviews floating around the system.


May I also suggest a Shaft category and a Book category? They seem to be most of the Ho's favorite categories to talk about. Besides, I already have a shaft review on the board I would like to stick in there.

I'm going to have to purchase the "pro" version for vids and audio....it's cheap so I should have things running the way I want this weekend sometime.

I like the setup so far. It will be easier to find the reviews this way rather than try to search through the review board.

Only issue I have so far is that when you edit a review, I have not found a way to add a title photo if you were too stupid to correctly add it on the original post (twice guilty on that, I learned by the third review )
