I remember that Sky Harbor airport grounded all aircraft because they didn't have any models that confirmed that the planes would achieve enough lift to get off the ground.

Stagg Hill Golf Club

Take time to watch the slide show near the bottom of the page. That may give you an idea of the trouble on our home course if you dare venture off the fairways. If you have difficulty controlling your shots, you will lose balls... and can also lose your emotional well being.

Pulled a 38/38 outta my backside this morning. Feeling pretty comfortable on the course right now. That may last until the next round!!!!

Played 9 holes today in Md at Oakmont Green in Hampstead. It poured overnight and I still went out today @9:00 and it was a light rain entire round.

Looks like a nice sheltered course mate.
I assume you hit over the water on that par 3?

The courses around here lack water hazards.
I'd love a hole where I can wet my balls now and then.

We don't contend with much water on this course. Yes, the par 3 #14 does play over water. (Aced that one in 2004.) A large river runs along the left side of #9. If you pull hook one off that tee, it's in the river. Those are really the only two holes water should come into play on.

From the home course today, Kaitake.

Long 205m par 3. New Mashie hybrid landing on the front fringe on this hole.

Looking back up the par 5 10th.

Par 4 17th.

Forgot to take some of the more picturesque holes haha. Will remember next time.

That last pic is dream worthy mate. Awesome scenery

Ah Coronado. Where it takes 6.5 hours to play on a weekend. Good course but I prefer Sea and Air down the street on base.
I played Coronado 2 years ago when I was in SD for work. That stretch with the Par 3, Par 4 that runs right next to residential, the Par 3 back toward the water with the boats and dock in the background and then the Par 4 or Par 5 that runs along the coast is beautiful. Don't remember the hole numbers but its awesome course!
