While he was at Arizona it was known that he was an awful practice player. However, once he got in the game he was the starter until he graduated.

He has been given a few opportunities to start, just seems to be a bettter QB coming off the bench in Philly...both stints. Someone will pay him a boatload of money next year to try the starter gig, again.
