We'll have a police escort on the way to the hotel...

Speaking of that - sometimes I go to law enforcement coventions because we sell software to them.

Cops can party like absolute crazy sometimes. Some of the hardest drinking people I have ever seen. I had no clue about this until we got into this business three years ago.

At a big convention, the 'host city agency' will provide free transportation around town. The unseen meaning in this is - "a license to get as drunk as you want" - because they will have a cop or deputy (on duty) driving a van around to pick you up an take you wherever you want to go.

Its pretty cool and they are all used to it. Its midnight and your are in Tampa - completely blasted - and here comes the Hillsborough County Sheriff's van with a uniformed deputy at the wheel. You stumble inside and he says cheerily, "Hows it hanging??"

Maybe I'll just get a beautiful female escort to drive us around...Yeah, that's the ticket....

Shiner is probably the best. The Ziegen I posted is also very good just limited supply.

I'm game for just about any beer except Guiness and Kokanee. I also can't stand Budweiser. I'd rather drink Colt 45 than Bud.

Well lets form the Bud Haters Club....

That stuff gives me headaches and I have met many people throughout the years who have had the same medical reaction.

I can smell it - and it stinks - literally.

Rumour has it they use a form of rice in the process.

It tastes like shit to me. That's why i don't drink it.

I'll bring a sample of a few favorites from around here. Once we get numbers down, i'll bring one beer for each, maybe 3 or 4 different brands. And, if someone doesn't drink, i'll drink theirs! (or we'll roll them out of the van on the highway! )
