We don't want it Jerry. We use solvent. I've use air, it's more trouble than it's worth. And if you want grips done, just ask me
I've been changing mine and sssmokin's with tape and solvent. This is just an experiment. PaPaD says it works nice.

These are the two I have coming. I'm going to try each and see which I like the best. The Pure seems better made and it's a pistol grip air gun so I had to try that. The other is similar to yours PaPaD.

Speedy Grip SG2

Pure Grips Tapeless Installer

Installing is easy with all of them, especially of there is no tape on the shaft. It's removal of OLD grips where you risk blow-outs and need the protective sleeve. I would NOT use the Pure model to attempt removing an old grip (without a welder's face shield). If you install with air and no tape, they come off easy peasy.

My plan was to remove all grips with the hook blade knife.

They don't come off too easy do they? Last thing I'd need is the club flying off while I have the grip in my hand. :D

Air is so easy it's ridiculous that anyone would still use tape IMO.

It takes so much less time, it's far less messy, requires less consumables, and is infinitely adjustable.

Here's what I got. After 30+ days and PayPal's help finally got the SG-2. I'm keeping the Pure one and selling the SG-2.
