Anybody else into or thinking about getting into it?

Been big news lately...

Really wish I would have gotten into back when I heard about it...probably too late now.

One of my buddies is heavy into it and trying to talk me into it...but I'm not going to. An unregulated currency seems sketchball.

Could be totally wrong but it feels like the end is coming for it.

I have invested what I call my "lunch money" ... today on my $200 litecion investment a month ago ... it is $938 today ...

My total investment in Bitcoin has more than doubled in the same month.

It is interesting, but I would not invest any money I was not willing to lose.

An easy app to get started with is called coinbase. I would only recommend that for "lunch money" type investments. Unless you have an offline "wallet" all your keys are hackable. ...

Again, not an investment for everyone, but I find it interesting.

I have a coinbase account...and have for a while, just never bought any yet...

I got all the software set up to mine back in the day when bitcoin was a novelty (imo anyway) and mined for like 20 minutes and turned it off...forgot about it. I'm not even sure if I actually got any bitcoin in my wallet, but my wallet is long gone. Problem was it took so much energy to mine that it was a losing battle paying for the electricity. Had I only known it was going to blow up like this lol

The guy I mentioned earlier is our IT guy. He built a server with 4 high end graphics cards strictly for mining. The last time I talked to him about it he said he was mining about $50 a day.
