Sib, what are you trying to find?

Something unusual and not too ugly. :)

A smaller (8") or so staff or cart bag, 1970s to 1980s vintage, in very good shape, with an uncommon or no longer existent staff brand, or an unusual model of an existing brand.

I have missed out on a few by being outbid. :( But I'm in no hurry. I have my eye on an unusual Mizuno bag right now.

Wow that's...unique.

I'm actually not a huge fan of Nick Faldo, are you Doc?

I think Faldo was a great golfer. The way he used to beat Norman like a drum was a thing of beauty. :) I liked the way he hired and stuck with Fannie. I liked his Argyle sweaters. I think his height and build helped his swing, but he also worked hard at being the best of his time.

I also think he still thinks he's better than most.

So I'm a semi-fan.

My current fav pro golfer is Boo Weekly. How's that for a contrast?

:D

Contrast indeed.

Am I guessing right on the bag you're looking into? If so, should be appropriate.

Not the blue and white Mizuno staff for $170, that's too common.

My favorite Boo Weekly quote from last years' Open Championship:

The food over here is jes turrible. Thay ain't got no fried chicken and thay ain't got no swait tay."

I have a Top Flite Cart/Staff? bag, no idea how old,

but it has "Tour Rep" sewn on to the bag. I would use it, but the tour rep logo is a bit presuming...
