Would highly recommend Lamkin!!! Not so with Tacki-Mac. Have used the Lamkin Crossline Midsize for years. Ended up with Golf Pride CP2 Midsize on my iBlades. Really enjoying them.

Pure grips ripped at the large end when installing. They are like inner tubes and thin there. Not for me.

Grips I've tried and liked:

Karma (lot's of colors)
Lamkin (all are good)
GolfPride (all are good)
Winn (Dri-Tac is good)

Grips I've tried and don't like:

Pure
Iomic

Well, Im really mad today  The wife new I was looking at the Golf Pride MCC Plus4 green grips so she got on eBay and ordered a set for me... She found one that was a buy it now for 69.99 with free shipping which sounds good but when she showed me what she got, they were the knock offs from china.

Now Im stuck with china knock offs for grips

The good news.... You wife was trying to help and thought she was doing her part to make golf more enjoyable for you.
The bad news.... My wife and kids learned some time ago to NEVER buy anything golf related for me. Soon after taking up the game I was inundated with golf "junk" every time I turned around. Now, if they want to get me something golf related, it must be in the form of a gift certificate/gift card so I can purchase something that will actually see a golf course.

Who knows. The knock-offs might prove to be okay and give you at least the remainder of the season.

I'll try one out on my old R7 driver to see how it holds up. Im not playing golf as of yet, I am working on my flexibility and pain management, so only going to the driving range a few times now. I have lost so much distance and clubhead speed because I am not turning correctly and casting my club

I'll get there at some point I hope, if the joints let me.

I've used Lamkin Midsize Crosslines to death and really like them on my irons. I'm not a fan of them on my driver/woods/wedges.

Driver/woods I like a corded golf pride expensive grip, multicompound or something like that? Great grips...but the price keeps me from putting them on all my clubs...They do seem to last longer than the crossline though...so might be worth the price increase...idk.

For the wedges I like a thinner grip, so right now I'm using the normal crosslines.
