I am a 56 yr old perpetual 21 handicap. Horrible Northwest weather has kept me from playing more this year. I am analyzing my game and realize my worst flaw is leaving approach shots short of the green and the hole. I will start overclubbing and see the benefit I derive from that.
I will probably spring for a new driver and fairway woods very soon. Stll using vintage Adams tight lies which I only occasionally hit well. Irons are very nice Pings custom for my 6'4" height.Interesting that I am hitting my longer irons better than my wedges. Hitting lots of fairways, but almost no greens
I ventured to GolfTec last fall and gained some insights, however havn't really played enough to see if I am really making any progress.
I just found this site today and enjoyed al lot of the comments.
To quote Bill Clinton: "I feeul yurr paain".
