iron combo set

Just finished putting together a set of combo irons. Using Maltby Forged TEs for 5-7 and MMBs for the 8-GW. Will post pics tonight in the what's in the bag thread.

Hey! a Lefty sighting! my original plan was to use the MCC's, but at the time I couldn't find any after they were discontinued. I found a great deal on the TE's so I pulled the trigger and I'm glad that I did.

That's right, I remember that now! Glad to hear you got them and are happy with them.

Still gaming a Maltby M-Series 60* wedge here, very happy with it. Grooves are starting to wear though!

Doin good mate! Got my hands full with life so I havn't been able to play much lately. Been getting my ass kicked on the competitive scene. Still, things are well and I have two awesome little boys who love to play golf, so no complaints from me.

Cheers mate, glad to hear you're doing well. Clearly got your priorities spot on anyway, as much as it sucks to say, family and life 1st, golf 2nd. If the two meet as has happened with your boys, then that's even better! ;-)
