I knew you'd chime in on that one.
I can't add much to the discussion other than we just bought a new stove top and ovens for our new house. I've only used the oven and it works like an oven should I suppose. Our cook top is a gas Thermador and our ovens are Kitchenaid. One of these days we will get our house done and I can try them out and give a report but by then you will probably have bought and wore out a new stove, lol. It's been slow going.

German brand BOSCH. Good, solid ovens. Generally only use one on the left. We have a convection hotplates as well.
