Making some wine

Anybody ever done this? I bottled my first batch yesterday, about 29 bottles. I'll crack a bottle in a month or so & check it.

Started another 6 gallons that I'll be able to bottle in a month or 6 weeks.

Wow, looks good, Wire! Let us know how it tastes. I am in the process of buying a 6 gallon kit myself. Did you use extracts or real fruit? I'm going to use extracts until I get the hang of it. Going to start with a Pinot Noir.

I use the very finest grapes from somewhere, that have been pre-squished and placed in a 2 ply plastic bag. Very high quality! ;)

This batch was a Piesporter, the next batch is a Reisling, staying white since you can drink it sooner.
