This is an awesome golf ball. Played it today, very long - good feel also. I need to order me some.

You like it better then the ProV1 or ProV1x? My big gripe with the Titleist balls is the cover is so easily damaged.

I rec'd 6 of the Penta's, free, from TMAG. They did a proto flood, similar to what Titleist did with the new ProV. I really like this ball. Have way too many Titleists in the basement to ever purchase Pentas. But, if I were looking to buy balls, the Penta would be at the top of my list.

They're a good ball, but they can't knock the IZ or IS out of my bag. To each their own, of course.

WBL - to me they all seem to be about the same. I have noticed that the Callys tend to be more durable, but don't feel as soft off the putter, and I don't like the graphics on the new Cally ball. I like them except for that though LOL. I have a mix of Cally i(s) and Pro V1/V1x in my bag. I'll jump on the 3/2 deal on Pentas prob soon and grab 3 dozen of those to have in my stockpile

Agreed, the Penta is the best ball I have ever played, replacing the Hogan Tour Deep in that regard. I also got the free 6 pack. I played one ball 2 full rounds, including bouncing it off a rock onto the green, and it never got a mark on it. Still stuck and grabbed on the greens.

GPP always has great deals on balls twice a year. Nothing on Pentas yet, but Cally and Srixon were $19 a dozen including shipping a while back.

I landed a couple of ProV1x's on the cart path today. Man, does that eat up the cover. The two holes require keeping the ball near the cart path for the best shot into the green. I need to try the Penta.

Played a Penta yesterday for 6 holes. 6 pars. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the ball, but it flew great. It spins a lot off my irons, and I do not spin the ball a bunch. I think when its really dry out, this ball would be on the top of my list.
