OK, I swore I was done buying equipment for awhile, but here I go again. Since getting my Ping G400 driver in May, I've been researching the matching fairway woods (3, 5 and 7). The STF versions look really good to me and the lofts seem user friendly. I'm currently playing the TM 2017 M2 fairways (3, 5 and 5HL which has 7W loft) and they're OK. However, I'm curious as to if the Pings might be better since I've had so much success with the G400 driver. Any thoughts on this?

UPDATE: I may have found the answer. I recently tried a friends Callaway Mavik Max fairway woods and liked them so much I bought the three and five. I'm only three rounds in but the results are amazing. I've never thought one could "buy a game". However, I think I've bought a few shots that will help me score better on par fives and long par fours.

Me personally I would have gone with the Ping 400 fairway woods. I have the driver and it is magical. Love it so much. And I like the look of the Pings better.

I'm still happy with the Mavriks, but I know the G400s must be great too. They are really hard to find online. That tells me they're still in people's bags.

sssmokin and I both bought new Tour Edge EXS fairway woods and have been crushing them. There's a reason all those Champion tour players are going to them.

I've never tried Exotics clubs but they must be really good. They are very popular on this site and like warbirdlover says many on the Champions Tour play them too.

I still have a TEE CB1 3 wood. I used to hit it really well, not so much lately. But I’m never getting rid of it .
