So they now have 3 versions of G irons available. G30, G, G400.

Got rid of the number on the G series then come back with G400. Must have gone through a couple marketing guys post G30.

G Max is Super GI, not in the same category/lineage as the G series. G30 was still available as of a month ago, last time I checked anyway.

PS. Can still get the G30 custom specs from authorized online dealers, at least until they run out of stock.

A lot of stuff is off the website now....kind of miffed about it. Used to be a good resource for their older clubs but a lot of data has disappeared with the new web design.

Yeah - they're "classic" clubs specs don't go back that far now. I was surprised they sold the G30 irons as long as they did. Last of the no-ferrule irons......

I have been debating getting a set of G30 or G irons for a while now since I shipped my TM RSi2's to Florida. Guess that window is closing faster than I expected on the G30. $75 a club is as low as it's going to get apparently.

Been hung up of shaft options. With a DG in G30, for $17 more total for the set I can get G with Nippon Pro Modus 105's. No shaft upcharge on the G's with better offerings.

The G irons are nice - hot faced high launchers. I will be watching the prices since I will probably leave these G30 irons here in VA. Want to put some PING irons in the FL bag this fall. G or G400? Hmmmmmm...........

The Ping product line is getting a bit muddled. It used to be player, middle of the road and hack. S59, I5 and G5 for example.

Now it's player; wannabe player;middle; wannabe middle; and hack.

Reminds me of the old MX23's.
