So Big Dazza has made his captain's pics:

1. Kaymer - no surprise, solid and good recent form.
2. Westwood - hmm, a ton of experience but not much form in 2016
3. Pieters - Interesting, the young Belgian won at the weekend and is in hot form. But little to no experience on the world stage.

Out was Russell Knox - 10th on the World Points list for Ryder Cup rankings, so was one place outside the automatic qualification spots. He's a ton of experience playing in the US.
Out also is McDowell, Poulter, Lowry, etc.

Nice position to be in as a captain, having to leave out world class players. Now onto the US team. Just a few weeks to go now. Bring it!!

You Euros are toast. With the American team blessed to have Tiger Woods as a co-captain................ There are something like 15 Perkins Restaurants in the Twin City area.

The Euros usually kick our butts. Seems they come to play as a team while the Americans play as individuals. We have seen some exceptions where we come out on top. And, this year, we do have some good young talent. We just need some of that young talent... like Spieth... to resurrect their "A" games for this competition.
