Good rules, but they didn't come from Bill Gates. They come from a 1996 book; Dumbing Down Our Kids: Why American Children Feel Good About Themselves But Can't Read, Write, Or Add by Charles J. Sykes.
No matter who wrote it it's spot on.
Solid rules, but yeah, not from Ol' Bill.
Good lord that paints a dismal picture, no wonder adolescent suicide rates are up.
The Millenials will be offended by that list....................and everything else.
