The PD Soft are a beaut ball. Although a two piece, I can't tell them apart from a premium ball performance wise.

I choose the best Ball from 100 or less. Hex chrome works for me as does the $2 price. Did the Titliest fit and it suggested NXT.
Good ball but impossible to work. You can see the ball fighting the movement.

I enjoy the Q-STAR, it is less expensive than the Z, has fine spin, I also like how much more solid it feels off of the tee and with my wedges as opposed to the Z, which feels like a marshmallow, I also like the prov1, and surprisingly I found a sleeve of callaway hex warbirds, this years... And loved them.

There is no such thing as a ball that is impossible to work. Same with clubs....how don't care how big the cavity is.

Almost any POS 2 piece ball I can get for a buck or less.
POS du jour are Wilson Ultras from Walmart.

In my opinion the Q Star and e6 are a push.

I like the Q-Star as well but the Z-Star performs better around the greens for me.

I like the solid feel too, not soft by any means.

Found a Wilson True Tour Elite on the course yesterday and good grief that ball checked and spun more than a Pro V. Come to find out, they don't make them anymore :/

If you liked that you should try a Titleist Professional. I found one last summer in good shape and WOW did that ball feel awesome. Great off wedges and putter and slum like a mofo. They don't make them anymore either.

I always used to play the harder tour balls until about a month ago. B330, Cally Tour X, Prov1x, etc. I got a dozen prov1's as a tee gift at a member guest and played them for the first time in a very long time. The ball flight was actually lower and the irons spun a bit more. I might have lost a couple yards on tee shots, but they seemed straighter. It felt like the ball stayed on face longer, which is ridiculous in reality, but it's a function of feel. I started playing the Cally SR2 and that may be my favorite this year.
