Got to the course today and it was 40 degrees. The entire group played the forward tees, we played bingo bango for quarters, and i think i made like $7 and shot 2 under!

Frost delay this morning. Beautiful day, once we got off #1. Played better than I had in quite a few days. Carded a 1 over 73. 37/36. Shot my age! Of course, that will be so much easier in a few days when I turn 74.
I had placed the iBlades and a putter in time out for misbehaving. Put them back in the bag and they act like the disciplinary action paid dividends. We were three against three and my two partners both played horribly. I carried us and won 50 cents!!!!

Time for me to give up golf, taking up shuffle board... or pickle ball... or tiddlywinks. Started this morning birdie, birdie. Bogeyed #6 and #9. Even par 36 on the front. Then the bottom fell out. Peed down my leg the entire back 9. 46... FORTY SIX... on the back!!!! How do you card ten more strokes on the back than on the front??!!! Trouble was... never hit a bad drive on the back. Never missed a fairway. Irons, wedges, and putter all decided to go in the tank at the same time.

One of the best rounds this summer. I could actually putt! 39 on the front (no birds and nothing worse then bogey) and 36 on back (2 birds and nothing worse then bogey) for 75. I was crushing my TM Sim driver (most were 250 range with GPS) and in the fairway. New Tour Edge 3-wood is money. Group in front actually watched me hit my iron to the green on back nine almost every hole. Then they asked what I shot after the round. Talk about getting a big head! I thrive on slow play. I can actually hit decent shots when I have the time. Sorry about the big head but this doesn't happen much.
