Sometimes with the kids. Nothing crazy though. Just store bought dough and sauce then cut up some vegetables and throw on some sausage or whatever

I botched supper last night. Mahi, garlic potatoes and steamed broccoli. Too much seasoning on the veggies and over cooked the fish. I had such high hopes for it too. It required a tall glass of water eat it....so salty.

Fish can be tough to cook. Really need a meat thermometer. It goes from perfect to nasty pretty quick.

Meatball grinders last night, pizza tonight. Sucks working for a living, cuts down on my menu planning/cooking time....especially when the week is LONG!

I'm sick of cooking. My wife gets home too late during the week to cook so it's all me. My meals have been reflecting it too.

Sour cream and lettuce? What kinda Mexican are you? Tacos need 6 things, 2 grilled tortillas, meat, onion, cilantro, lime and salsa.

And I have a gyro and some crappy thin hummus from the restaurant by the hotel I'm staying at.
