I carry 3 wedges and irons up to the 3 iron. That leaves space for only one fairway club so i opted for a low lofted hybrid at 17* i find it fills the distance past my 3 iron without losing too much distance from a 3 or 4 wood.

sonartec md 17*
mp-32 3-pw

how is your set made up? do you have any clever ideas for plugging up your distance holes while staying under 14 clubs.

I have my bag listed under the pictures section "setup for 06" I bought another 3wood today (4th one in the past 3 months) I can't find one I can hit.

The LW is the least used club in my bag. I could add a 3-wood instead, but I probably wouldn't use it much either.

There is a 45 yard gap between my 7w and 6i that I filled midway last year with the Baffler. There are very rare occasions where I miss my 5i. If I were to do any changes in the future, it would be to replace my 3w, and 5w with something similar to a 16* hybrid that plays in between the two, or simply remove the 3w. Although if I did this, I really do not believe I would put the 5i back in the bag. I have a Clutch Iron sitting on the shelf that has the loft of a 4i and the shaft of a SW. I picked it up on eBay a couple years ago for about $50 and it will hit out of obstructed and unspeakable lies, great for low screamers, Bump and Runs and long running chips, plus it would give me a club that I could otherwise use to beat the crap out of and ward off bear and wildlife attacks without giving thought to damaging the club. It would certainly be my weapon of choice if I were given one club in self defense.

I also have the Tight Lies Original, Strong 5 and Strong 7 fairway woods, and a TM Rescue 3 wood that I swap out some. And a couple of other drivers I pull out depending mood. Still looking for consistent fairway woods, but most all others are set.

I've just decided to take my 60* wedge out of my bag. I haven't decided what to replace it with. I'm leaning toward a strong 3 of some sort....something in the 13* to 14* range. Any other suggestions?

I actually just got the Mizuno's off of ebay. I have the Adams Tom Watson wedges that are coming out of the bag. 52* 56* 60*. I've never hit the 60* well, so I decided not to replace it.

My current setup is in my signature.

Eventually, I want to see if I can't demo some hybrids to cover the 3-wood and 5-wood area. Some days I really struggle with hitting my woods, and would like to find a couple of clubs that I'd feel more confident about putting a consistent swing on.

My set up is kind of odd in that I have a

1) TM 540D driver - 9.5
2) Sonartec SS-03 14
3) Sonartec SS-03 19
4) TM Rescue Mid 22

This gives me four woods in the bag - kind of high...

I used to have four wedges but go with three now: 48, 54 and 60/12* which I use only in bunkers. I did have a 58* lob wedge but hit it thin half the time...

Titleist DCI irons: 4-PW..

So I am kind of an odd duck with the 4 woods and 3 wedges...

My setup varies from week to week, depending on which club betrayed me the most the week before. :) Right now it's
Titleist 983K 9.5*
Hogan C455 3W 15* & 5W 19*
Hogan CFT hybrids: (3h), 4h, 5h
Hogan CFT irons 6,7,8,9,E,F,S,(L)
Turbo 3 Series putter
the 3h in parenthesis is the one that I usually add when I drop the LW.
