Looks like you were a bit quick and tense with the whole think, very rushed looking to me.

I wouldn't recommend a fast tempo, slow is smooth, and smooth is fast, same goes for golfing and stripping a gun.

I've had a quick swing since I was 13 (I'm 39 now), it's just how I roll. Interestingly enough, after I went to an LPGA event I thought exactly what you are saying and tried to slow my tempo. The results were disastrous. I said to myself, "Self, don't fxck with it and swing like you know how to swing." All was right in the world again.
