I bought a Titleist 585H 19* hybrid off the bay today. It's in fantastic shape. It has a stiff Matrix Ozik Altus shaft. The specs look good on the shaft, I can't wait to see how it feels. The 585 is my all time favorite hybrid head. I hope the shaft works for me.

Nice. I'm not a Titleist guy, but that's one of the best hybrids they ever produced.

Yes, IMO the 585 is 10x better than any hybrid Titleist has offered since. I like the curved sole, it's great for bad lies. I don't like the square boxy look that some of the others have.
So, what is your take on this shaft? I've never hit the Altus. It's my understanding that it's a little cheaper than some of their other offerings. All the reviews that I read were positive though. What is the black version?

Its for the hybrid, I cleaned up the bag for this year. Driver, 3 wood (4 wood loft) and 3 hybrid.
