    Got the Hibore in...

"Legitimate 80s and 90s is not a hacker bud." Notice I said "usually" and not "consistently"? Therein is the difference IMO. I still consider myself a hacker, because, even though I am capable of shooting a 85-90, I can also still churn out a 100+ round. I have a "legitimate" 85 on the...

    Got the Hibore in...

"nole, what do you normally shoot?" Eh, I'm pretty much still a hacker. I usually shoot in the high 80s or low 90s, although my driver has been a large part of the problem. I started with the Launcher, and while I still love the head, the stock Fuji shaft was a large pile of crap. A slice...

    Got the Hibore in...

I finally received my Hibore that I won on Ebay, and thankfully it was in almost perfect shape. 9.5* with the UST Proforce V2. It has rained here for a few days, and today was the first day I was actually able to hit in on the range. Love the shaft, it seems to fit my swing. At first I was...

OK guys, I'm on the Hibore train info needed...

Well, I ended up winning the HB with the Proforce R shaft. I was all set to go and buy the NT club, but someone had made a bid, so the BIN was gone, and it ended up over $200....damn, I should have bought it when I first saw it....Oh well. I ended up getting this club for less than $180 still...

OK guys, I'm on the Hibore train info needed...

"Are you sure you meant the Graf Comp NT? It is not a "standard" shaft in it. The Grafalloy ProLaunch 65 is. If it's the Comp NT (nano technology) that would be a good shaft and it costs more the the ProForce V2." No, it is a NT in R flex, as is the V2. It's an Ebay sale, so I would guess it...

OK guys, I'm on the Hibore train info needed...

I have decided to pick up a Hibore, always loved the Launcher and after hearing some stuff on here as well as hitting a couple balls....I have decided to make the jump (keeping the Launcher, just in case) My question is, I can pick up a used one with the Graf Comp NT for $150, OR spend about...

    Shaft Suggestions needed...

See, this is what bothers me about Ebay. Add to that the fact that Fuji wants an arm and leg for the "true" shaft, which I'm not willing to pay to try it out....I guess the best thing is to swing one at a shop, but I have a limited choice near me. I have to travel to even get to a shop that...

    Shaft Suggestions needed...

I'm thinking the Pro Launch may be a tad bit too stiff for me. Does anyone have any experience with the 757 in Stiff? Does it play as stiff as the PL. I agree if the 757 isn't quite as stiff as the PL, it may be the shaft I am after.

Best sports moment of the last 100 years?

yep, the miracle on ice for me as well. "I guess I am a sucker for the underdog stories." That is the exact reason I love my Noles. When I started being a fan, my father took me to Tallahassee to watch them play in the 70s. Those were some slim years. We were lucky to win a game or two...

    Shaft Suggestions needed...

I have a Launcher 5 wood with a stiff Pro-launch, that I hit like a dream. Long and usually straight, so I bought (traded) and got the same shaft for my driver, also a Launcher. Can't hit it worth a flip. I usually get hooks or hit it a mile high. I guess since I never tee the 5 wood, and...

    Beginners complete set, perfect cond.

I know most everyone here is of the opinion that knock offs are the devils work, BUT I have seen a few posters who are starting out and don't want to drop a grand on a set of irons that, to learn with, are no better than these guys. I have moved on to a little more expensive clubs since I have...

    Club price question

I have come across a set of Cleveland irons, and was wondering what you guys though a fair "but it now" price would be for Ebay. I have checked the PGA price guide, but in the real world, what do you think they would be worth in the big market of Ebay. The irons are TA5s, all with TT...

What do you guys think about Pinemeadow clubs?

I'm not gonna get into the clone fight, but if you decide on Pinemeadow, let me know. I am going to sell my starter set soon, and I can give you a good deal on them. I have had the set for about a year, and they are like new. I haven't had one problem with them, and to tell the truth, I hate...
