3GP formats clips

I can't seem to get a clip in this format on here, anyone any suggestions how I can convert it and what to convert it into?

got so far into download and then my work pc decided it didn't like what it was seeing and stopped me in my tracks. On the up side you won't now have to shield your eyes from my swing.
