The Amex tournament is on this week, starting on Thusday - down the road in Kilkenny. Looks like a good field (except Vijay who has now pulled out - his house was wrecked in the recent storms) but the weather forecast is not looking good. I think I will stay at home and watch them "duke it out".
It's played at Mount Julliet, which like most Irish courses has had its fair share of rain. It's a Nicklaus designed parkland course, very nice track (I've played it a couple of times). I'm sure the course will hold up but it will play long. I'd love to see an Irishman do well (Clarke, McGinley?? or Harrington)
Dave, anything to add for our international friends? R U goin?
