anyone else play today? great weather for it! shot 78 playing off a 15 handicap.......i was on fire!! Was just a practice round for my pairs knockout comp coming up soon!

Great weather for it? Let's see, its 54 degrees with a stiff 20mph wind here. Tomorrow we've got a heat wave coming as the high is expected at 43 degrees. And rain is in the forecast every day for the next 4 days.

I have a tee time Friday at 7:46am. It should be rainy and 45 degrees at tee off.

Yep, I'm stoked.

Yep great weather he as well...it did make it up to 51 degrees but with a 23mph wind and drizzling rain.

Long story short...I WON'T BE GOLFING TODAY!!!

I am playing the #2 course in the state tomorrow...a beautiful track called Old Overton. I am going to try to remember the camera and put up some photos for the group.

Although the course is rated #2 in the state, it has two very short Par 4's - both of which are reachable. This makes it really fun as we all pull out the drivers and go for it. (I've played there 10 times or so and have never successfully gotten on either green...)

Today is our first warm day of the year. We have had a beautiful but cool and dry Spring with steady temps in the upper 60's and low 70's for the past 6-7 weeks. We have the air conditioning on for the first time today and are in the mid-80's. With heat like this - the fairways will flesh out very quickly as they have been a bit thin so far...

MmmmHmmm...so now we know why the site was unreachable. You're out having the time of your life and we poor saps are stuck in our hell with flourescent lighting and a keyboard typing away with no success. Congrats on getting out.

I played today and played terrible. I will just leave it at that. But the weather was nice about 75 when I started at 10 this morning and lower 80's by the end of my round.

Yeah, we played. It was fantastic weather with a high of somewhere around 19ºC (close to around 68ºF I think).

I've discussed my round in Sling's thread and don't feel any need to mention the back nine ever again.

Windy for me

was about 68 here humid windy as all get out 20-25mph winds shot 37, kinda bummed i left my 58 degree on 18 and no one returned it
