One thing to consider, if you go with something in the blade family, a mishit won't travel as far, and therefore won't punish you as much. In other words, if you catch one on the toe or heel, it will dribble down the fairway and not fly into the woods, :p

Believe me, GI irons will also do that quite nicely, thank you. :laugh:

I went from playing blades all my life to a more player style GI iron and couldn't be happier. I doubt my Wilson X-31 irons will ever get played again other than for reminiscence purposes. Lotta good rounds with them but those blades just look paper thin to me now. :eek:

the cleveland hi bores and the cleveland golds. the hibores are all hybrids so you look like a d bag when you play.

Who cares what you look like so long as the ball drops in the cup?

Lol, you got that right. You'd certainly look like a much bigger d-bag handing over that 20 and 3 ones to the guy with the "bag o hybrids" at the end of the round.
