back from the custom shop

I sent my Studio Style Newport 2 into the custom shop earlier this month for some customization. I had them take half an inch off the length (now 33.5"), install a Baby T grip to replace the tiny Studio grip, add a couple of alignment lines to the flange, and, lastly, I had my initials stamped. Well, I got my baby back midweek and it turned out exactly how I wanted it!

Well, it wasn't inexpensive and kind of frivolous if I start to really think about it. My putter arrived on their door step on the 2nd and was back into my hands on the 11th. I only played one round on the 9th in its absence. The problem was that my Odyssey WS#1 financed the customization so I didn't have a putter for that round. I didn't do too bad though, 34 "putts" with my 50* wedge.
