I caught the last BBIII episode last night. I could care less who won, but Pam has the best chance at actually being a golfer. But I digress....

On the shot she hit around the tree, was she hitting Mp-33's? That's crazy, considering she's only played the game for a couple years.....

Well done Pam, even if you didn't win.

Junior,

I wouldn't say the show itself is brilliant. It's actually very terrible. But the format is great. A whole bunch of hacks playing against eash other, pitting their skills against the rest.

I use the term "skills" very loosely.

I think that if any of those girls considered this their "Big Break" to the LPGA, they're in for a big suprise. I expect a total waxing of Danielle's ass at the first event.

She'll also get beaten at golf.... ;)

I thought the finale was rather anti-climactic. Boring really. Funny to see the love they had for each other though.

I like the interludes with Frank Nobilo and the crew, further analyzing what's already been beaten to death.

Danielle: It was a slight dog-leg left so I used the driver.
Pam: It was a dog-leg left, but she's using the driver.
Vince: <whispers> Looks like Danielle's going with a driver here.

Frank Nobilo: Danielle used driver to put it out in the fairway and apply more pressure on Pam.

The producers are a freaking joke.

On a positive note, did anybody notice the great drum and bass they were playing on a couple holes?

I have wondered what the producers were doing the entire show. Didn't notice the music though...I was looking at the program while doing other computer work and family stuff at the same time...

Looking at Danielle in her interview last night clinched it for me. Ain't no doubt that I would chow on that.

LOL. That's awesome. We were cut from the same cloth, Bravo.

Speaking of which, have you seen Napolean Dynamite? You lost enough brain cells back in the day to appreciate this film.

No I didn't. I need something fun to watch.

Maybe I'll catch it on rental.

Ok, unlike our good friend Crowe did, go into it with this in mind:

1. Don't expect a plot
2. Dont expect it to be as good as I've built it up to be

As long as leave these assumptions at the door, you'll have a good time.

I gotta agree with B33 here, Bravo. I expected great things after reading the reviews, so I was disappointed. A few good chuckles, plenty of weird characters and not much in the way of plot. I'd told my wife about the great reviews and she spent most of the movie looking at me as though making her watch could be considered spousal abuse.

Thanks for the comments guys. After the week I've had, maybe something a bit brainless but with good comedic moments would work well for me.

Hate to admit it - but if I am in the right frame of mind, Dumb and Dumber can be hilarious.

Sometimes movies are so bad - they're good.

Give us your thoughts after you see it. I've got Sideways at home right now and I'm a little scared to watch it because I've heard so many good things about it, I really hate for it to fall short. Although I'm not sure Napoleon Dynomite falls into the same category as Dumb and Dumber. More like Raising Arizona, but I didn't like ND as much.
