Best course to play in Phoenix under $150

Hey guys,
I'm going to Phoenix in the next couple of weeks for the first time and would like to get a couple rounds in while I'm down there. I would like to stay preferably in the west valley or around Sun City, but am open to other suggestions. Also I would like to keep the cost under $150 per 18 holes. So I ask you, which is the course that I NEED to play while I'm in the area.

Trilogy at Vistancia $79-$89
Palm Valley(palms course) $79ish
Cooper Canyon(troon course) $80ish

I've played several in Surprise area, all were pretty good, Hillcrest is one I remember. You'd do well to drive across town and jump on Talking Stick.
