Last pic for tonight...I inserted myself, cause I know how much y'all like to see my smiling face. :D

6 inches on the hood .....more on the way.

C'mon now Sling, 6 inches? Let's not be modest. "It" doesn't even reach the hood in that pic! :D

Looks like in the first pic that you have a short driveway. Good for shovelling. Mine, it's about 200 feet long. Sickening. If we get about 4 inches, it takes a good two hours to shovel by hand. Thank my stars I got my snowblower back in commission.

Good luck tommorrow, keep us posted in the morning. :canadafla

Ha, ha! my driveway is like 30 feet long, it's a cinch to shovel.

Everytime we get the big warning on storms, I get all prepared and the thing slips by me....I'll probably end up with a foot...... being on the coast that in itself is pretty rare. It'supposed to keep snowing until tommorrow afternoon, we will see.

Brutal.

What does that bar on the far left represent? That can't be inches per hour, can it?

Looks like a nice cell coming towards you just east of Bridgeport. Slow moving, probably lots of snow.

Awesome. More shovelling.

about 14 inches and the wind is howling....30 knots easy.

as usual, it's not quite as spectacular as it was being billed.

Golfbum, sounds like we are in kinda the same area - or at least I drive past your way 8-10 times a year for hockey tournaments. I actually like the snow... but I wasn't expecting to wake up to -17 temp this morning... I really expected it to be closer to the -6 range... snow good... -20 degrees bad.

More rain coming for us: (I'm about a 20 minute drive East of Vancouver and about a 30-40 minute drive West of Abbotsford)

Hey Bum,

I think we have about 4 times as much snow as you do right now from your pics that you put up. I used the snowblower 4 times this week alone! :(

I have to agree, I'm sick of all this white crap.

We just came off almost 3 weeks of -27 or worse. Today was about -8ish, tommorrow supposed to be +2ish. Maybe the streets will be cleared for a change.
