You fitter can fit him for Callaways too. But I recommend PINg. Your best bet is to get hima gift certificate for $800 or so (which will cover either set of irons) an dlet him get fitted and choose what set he wants.

Thanks for all the great info guys. I think I'll go with setting him up with a fitting by a Ping guy. I'll just surprise him by bringing him on day out of the blue. I'm flattered by all the attention!

1) I don't own a bar, but I do enjoy a good Stiff drink(Woodford on the Rocks).

That is very nice, but you may want to give him a head sup aboutthe fitting so he can start winging some and get his golf muscles working. If it is cold there, he probably hasn't played in a couple months.
