See most of us kicked Scheffler and Shauffule to the side. I will probably regret it. Both have been playing well. At least one of them will probably win the durn thing and make me regret leaving them sidelined.

I'm stoked for this tourney!!! There is a pot full of players who could win this thing. My only hope is that a 54 Tour player doesn't. But... we have to anticipate that happening.

I see players get in "hot streaks" so pick the GOOD players in a hot streak like Rory. LIke you said now we'll all watch Sheffler ruin our chances.

Love this tournament and Brookline looks fantastic.
Never know what we'll get with the U.S. Open. Sometimes the course is set up to almost impossible conditions. Other times, the course setup is not that different from other Tour events. I always hope for narrow fairways, deep rough that penalizes wayward shots, etc. IMHO, needs to be a shotmaker's course, not a "bomb and gouge".

With the ungodly heat we have right now... and is predicted to last into next week.. my tv will be turned to this event most every minute it's on.

Only watched about an hour of it. From what I see, I could card a 140 to 160... from the senior tees!!! Nothing about this course whispers "Easy"!!!

Man, I'm watching the featured group of JT, Hovland, and Finau, and they are absolutely struggling. Hovland especially, he's bogeyed 7 of his last 8.

Something tells me it was hard for Phil to hear this tournament actually has a cut. He continues to wait for a US Open title... 🤷‍♂️
