Well, at least someone here gets the point.I think Will is more pissed about the principle of it all.
They wont sell them pro rated. The reasons why they're changing the rules for their golf course is irrelevant. It could be that they like golden horses, doens't matter.
So they won't prorate the price of the membership if you buy the membership late in the year? If not, that's a poor decision on their part, but if they do, you're not out any money, or any golf. Wait till your current membership expires, then buy the pro-rated new membership.
It's not rocket surgery.
I think misunderstanding makes for interesting conversation and is usually the basis for good online dialogue.Well, at least someone here gets the point.
I guess unless some people are directly affected by something themselves they are incapable of comprehending what someone elses point is.
I got your point. What I don't get is that you are basically going to give up golf because if this? 170 rounds down to 1-2 per month? Over this? I get being pissed in principle but if it were me I would just go to another course. You have said yourself there are several other options & cheaper too.Well, at least someone here gets the point.

See the gun thread!I think misunderstanding makes for interesting conversation and is usually the basis for good online dialogue.
Arguing the topic - not the person - is a good idea, but usually less entertaining.
Problem freaking solved.I got your point. What I don't get is that you are basically going to give up golf because if this? 170 rounds down to 1-2 per month? Over this? Life's to short to worry over stuff like this when there are other options.
Ha! There's also beauty in NOT opening threads.See the gun thread!
My feet like to "breathe"That's the only problem Jim's solved since we figured out he's been leaving the footprints thought to be those of the Sasquatch.
Still not sure why he doesn't wear shoes...
